Four Voices - Joan Baez, Mary Chapin Carpenter and Indigo Girls

Why see Four Voices - Joan Baez, Mary Chapin Carpenter and Indigo Girls?

four legends together

This summer sees this supergroup, made up of folk's most remarkable and recognizable female voices, take to the road for a limited run of 10 dates. A must for fans of the artists individually and as a whole, Four Voices was first born in 1991 when Baez invited Indigo Girls Amy Ray and Emily Sailers to sing with her at a benefit for her Humanitas charity, who subsequently suggested they bring Carpenter on board to complete the quartet. Firm friends since that time, it wasn't until Joan's recent 75th Anniversary concerts that they decided to grace the country with a tour, but we're very glad they did.

Although the these four legendary icons of folk have extensively toured in different combinations over the years, this is your first chance to catch them altogether in one concert!
